Provider FAQ
Do I need to be licensed in multiple states to join?
No — we accept providers licensed in as few as one state we serve. That said, multi-state licensure (including the APRN Compact, where applicable) significantly increases your potential patient volume and earning potential. We can help guide you through additional state licensure applications.
Can I practice part-time or per diem?
Yes. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements. Some of our providers see as few as 5–8 patients per week, others see 30+. You set the pace.
Do you provide supervision or collaborative practice agreements?
In states that require collaborative practice agreements (CPAs), we assist in establishing the appropriate supervising physician relationship. For states with full practice authority for PMHNPs, no additional agreement is needed.
What EHR platform do you use?
We use a HIPAA-compliant integrated EHR and telehealth platform. Full training is provided during onboarding. Most providers are comfortable within the first week.
How soon after joining can I start seeing patients?
Credentialing and onboarding typically take 4–8 weeks. If you already hold active panel memberships with our major insurance carriers, the timeline can be shorter.
